It has like, silicone lining below the bust so it doesn’t fall down. I thought it would be very itchy but it’s just a tiny bit itchy, it’s bearable, and with time you don’t notice. I wore it with the straps unfolded so they are a bit thicker ok the pics. But you can wear them as advertised as well. So cute! My measurements are true
